Advice for parents concerning coronavirus (COVID-19)

Advice for parents and carers on how to access medical care for their child during the coronavirus outbreak.

The Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health have issued advice to parents and carers on how to access medical care for their child during the coronavirus outbreak.

UK child health professionals agree that if your child has a medical condition or injury they should continue to access treatment and attend medical appointments as recommended by your doctor, nurse, hospital, GP, or healthcare professionals.

The RCPCH have developed the following guide which sets out how and when to access help during this time (available to download as a PDF file below).
