Thank you and a fond farewell to Linda Partridge

This week the Medicines for Children Project Board is saying a fond farewell – and a big thank you – to long-standing member, Linda Partridge.

Linda has been involved with Medicines for Children from the outset, championing the needs of parents and carers through her role as Director of Programmes at our partner organisation WellChild. With her background in paediatric nursing and work in the charity sector, she has been a dynamic force, providing key practical insight into the needs of parents and carers.

Andy Fox, current Chair of the Medicines for Children Board, said, “Linda has been an invaluable member of the team, providing wise advice, and keeping the needs of parents and carers at the forefront our work. She has always been absolutely committed to the project’s goals and has been a constant supporter of Medicines for Children.”

At her last Board meeting in October, Linda commented “You have been an amazing group of people to work with, and I have loved being part of it. You are such a committed team, coming up with new and innovative ways to raise awareness and make information accessible. It was a joy to be part of this work!”.

The Medicines for Children Board want to say a big thank you to Linda, for all her energy and commitment to the project, and we wish her well in the future, continuing to follow her joint passions of ballet and Formula 1!
