New medicines app for healthcare professionals

Most Medicines for Children leaflets are based on the British National Formulary for Children (BNFC). This gives healthcare professionals – such as doctors, pharmacists and nurses – up-to-date information on the use of medicines for treating children. The BNFC is available as a book and a website, and the information is updated regularly.

The BNFC is now available as a free app. Healthcare professionals working in the NHS can now download the app to access information on their mobile phones.
