This year’s judging panel brought together more than 70 highly respected leaders from across the healthcare sector, who assessed entries based on ambition, outcomes, value, spread, and stakeholder involvement.

A parent of a child who has a health condition means she frequently uses the Medicines for Children information leaflets also presented to the judging panel about their lived experience. This parents spoke passionately and compellingly about the difference the Medicines for Children resources have made to her family, emphasising the clarity, reassurance, and practical guidance they have provided.

Reflecting on the recognition, Dr Andy Fox said: “The Medicines for Children team has put a lot of time and care into our information leaflets since the project started in 2006. We are so pleased to have received this commendation and for the value of the Medicines for Children information to be recognised in this way.”
